  1. He should have waited another 80-something days then his IFP application won't be fraudulent given the judgement that will be against him.

  2. So Mr. Uber Liar, lies to the Court about his financial status to get another Free Lawyer.

What is he going to do this time when this Lawyer tells him to take a hike, he is full of crap?

    1. No free lawyer, AFAIK, just doesn't have to pay for the filing or service.

        1. I wonder if he's thinking this will somehow get him out of having to pay any money for his "witnesses" in the MD case? Or is this his grand plan for becoming "judgement proof": "SC gave me IFP, ergo, MD can't order me to pay any one anything, ever!"?

I keep thinking you're wrong, he can't be that stupid.

Then I remember who we're talking about.

  3. Hey DumbFuck, You know being granted In forma pauperis while giving you the right not to have pay for the filling fees and gives you free service of process but given the issues you are suing over it may also be the nail in the coffin so to speak. I don't want to spoil the Lulz that may come but multiple failed lawsuits agains the same defendants all while claiming in forma paupers , oh the Lulz we will have and the torment you will face all by your own doing. It makes me smile.
