    I would modify that slightly: "For instance, in any argument, conflict or legal dispute involving Bill Schmalfeldt, one person is right, and the other person is A COMPLETE FAILURE IN LIFE AND EVERYTHING ELSE (i.e:Bill Schmalfeldt)".
