  1. That is actually a pretty clear (if crazy) complaint, unlike the crap filed by our friend, Unca Biwwy.

That particular filing actually makes me feel a little sorry for Loughner, since he's a paranoid schizophrenic, and based on that piece of writing it's obvious that his medications are in serious need of adjustment, assuming he's even getting/taking them.

    1. Loughner is an actual crazy person, while Schmalfeldt is a simple yet epic Dumbfuck. Advantage: Loughner.

  2. Loughner is totally batshit crazy insane (Footnote 1; i.e. see Weird Science) and managed to put together a better lawsuit than the shit snorting crap weasel in Wisconsin...

    STEP UP YOUR GAME, FATASS!!!!

  3. So this certified raving lunatic uses the English language better than the vaunted GS-13.

  4. At least the things he is alleging, if proven, are actual torts. I'm just surprised there were no UFO references.

Still looks like an Onion piece though.

    1. Well, Congresswoman Giffords at least never danced at the Bohemian Grove. No woman ever has.

Aside from that? Yeah, more torts than Bill has ever managed to allege!

      Not even home yet.

  5. Wow.

Batshit crazy, but assuming his warped world-view reflected reality, very well-plead.

As opposed to other droppings we've been laughing at, where the world-view is only slightly askew (or like downtown Madison, it's bent at 45 degrees from reality), not completely batshit insane, where you can actually kinda sorta see where it (the blob, not the arguement) is coming from if you know the backstory, but even if the backstory were true (and it never is) and even if the claims were true (no comment needed) there still wouldn't be a there there.

This is just a nice, straightforward "The government put a chip in my head and set me up and made me shoot the government lady which I never did but she was bad and fluoride and Monsanto and stuff." Reads a lot clearer than Bill's court papers. Or his blogs. Or his Twitter feed. Or any individual Tweet. Or his punctuation. Or... nope, I'm done.

  6. What I want to know is where can I tap into a feed of the NSA's porngram? I'm certain they got it filtered to just the good stuff.

  7. I would gladly support a law that would treat all incarcerated felons as vexatious litigants. Everything gets reviewed by a judge before its allowed to get out and force people to spend money to defend these things.

I'm not a fan of Giffords politics, but she should not be subjected to the specter of having to hire an attorney for even a minute to file a motion to dismiss.

  8. Could be it was filed by the same guy (or someone inspired by him) who filed this:

  9. Guess it's more obvious than I imagined. According to this, the suits (Dalton's and Loughner's), "Both have the same three stamps in the top right corner, have similar handwriting and are postmarked in Philadelphia, PA."

    1. Very obvious, the "tell" that jumped out at me was the incorrect way monetary amounts were written out:

      "$10,000,000 million dollars"

Hopefully the Feds will charge the known troll who filed these...

  10. Did I miss it, or did the hoaxer who wrote that forget to slip in a 9/11 Truther reference? He got almost every other conspiracy theory in there....
