  1. Team Kimberlin is already spinning this..

No seriously, you can't make this crap up! Pedo Fergy can't cite a single case where Team Kimberlin ultimately won against Walker! But, you know, he's incompetent and all.

    1. I tend not to follow the Kimberlin lulzsuits because they're a very peculiar combination of deeply strange and boring. But I do recall that Kid Dynamite sued Walker for calling him a pedophile, which should have been THE MOST STRAIGHTFORWARD SUIT IMAGINABLE!

But he lost. I'm not sure HOW you lose a case like that, but Boom Boom Brett pulled it off in spectacular fashion.

That being the case, their assignation of "the world's most incompetent attorney" is more than slightly misplaced.

On the other hand, I do like that William's friends seem to enjoy seeing him repeatedly humiliated as much as I do. There's always common ground if you look hard enough for it.

      1. If Aaron is the "World's Worst Attorney" how suprememely stupid and incompetent must Brett Kimberlin be to lose a case against him, where Brett will now forever legally been known as an "adjudicated pedophile"?

      2. Stacy McCain has referred to Brett Kimberlin as The World's Worst Pro Se Litigant™, but Schmalfeldt is a serious contender for the title.

      3. "(H)ow supremely stupid and incompetent must Brett Kimberlin be to lose a case filed by him, where there were no witnessses, testimonials, confessions or photographs that he enjoyed sex with children - a case where the defense didn't have to defend anything at all -, where Brett will now forever legally been known as an “adjudicated pedophile”?

      4. It takes a special of stupid to lose a case like that but, sure, let his acolytes rate the legal acumen of the guy who - and I'll say it again - actually fucking won!

      5. "Stacy McCain has referred to Brett Kimberlin as The World’s Worst Pro Se Litigant™, but Schmalfeldt is a serious contender for the title."

I haven't read most of Kid Dynamite's filings, John. Has he always spelled his name properly?

If not, I think we have a new heavyweight champion of incompetence.

      6. Everything you need to know about the efficacy of the Benzodiazepine Butterball's legal strategery is laid out in his case against BPO, who he repeatedly misidentifies as "Peterson," just to show his attention to detail.

He intends to prove that he's not a child pornographer, but a child sex abuse comedian, not unlike Benny Hill, but with pre-pubescent boys being raped. And in doing so, he will demonstrate that his character has been maligned.

I'll wait while you all mentally process that logic.

        (Patiently waits a half hour)

        (Waits some more)

        (Reads the newspaper)

        Everybody back now? Fantastic.

Perhaps best of all, he wants to make this argument in front of a jury.

I don't think that this going to be an uphill struggle for Walker, assuming that it ever gets that far, which it won't because the Plaintiff has never stuck with anything in his life.

      7. If nothing else, Schmalfeldt v. Palmer, et al will clearly prove to history that the Ringling Brothers were lying motherfuckers. There's a new "Greatest Show on Earth," although the Plaintiff has ensured that this one probably isn't suitable for children.

        1. Are you sure? I thought I saw a link to a PACER page indicating that Grady and a few others were dropped. So maybe the FAC isn't officially accepted, but everything but the acceptance seems to have been done.

      8. gmhowell, they were dropped by a motion from Bill, not because they weren't listed on the as-yet-to-be-accepted FAC.

    2. "Your Honor, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I intend to show that there was nothing at all terrible, horrifying, tawdry or perverse about what I've published on the Internet and to suggest otherwise is a scurrilous and damnable lie. After all, Spotlight is the feel-good hit of the year ..."

Yeah, I don't see this going as well as William does. But I'm actually sane.

  2. Billy should know this (though he won't until it's rammed upside his fat head):
He WILL be paying defendants' legal fees.
The longer he persists in this frivolous action, the larger those fees will be.
Time is money at this point, and the law is on the defendants' side.
    Tick-tock, tick-tock...

    1. Hey, have I ever mentioned that Klonopin and Ambien increase the risk of dementia, especially in the elderly?

  3. How do I get an invite to that blog? I've been following the lulz since this was covered on ED. Now I feel cheated 😉

  4. I think I got whiplash too! I've been following the lulz there since ED posted about Bill. I feel jipped 😉

    1. Stick around through the weekend. Check in every so often - I am sure there will LOTS of new and interesting ass-kicking of Bill in the coming days.
