Things That Make You Go "Hmmm…"

…in America Kimberlin has every right to take photos in a public parking lot — and send them by email to anyone he likes, including BU. If Frey has a problem with that, he can take it up with the First Amendment.

I wonder if Matt would say that the same right to email photographs to anyone also applies to people who receive emailed photographs from deranged cyberstalkers?

I wonder if Matt would say there is a boundary on publishing those photographs, especially once those photographs have appeared in a pleading before a court?

I wonder if Matt knows anyone–someone who perhaps recently relocated from Mryland to Wisconsin, say–who might disagree with him?

I wonder if Matt would be willing to shoulder the responsibility of what could result from obliquely suggesting that prominently posting a photograph like that on one’s blog would be a reasonable thing to do?

I wonder if Matt would think that was FUN?

I wonder if 8:00 AM EDT tomorrow is too soon to find out?

    1. I'd say something about how unique one in an urn featuring a clock is, but that would be inappropriate.

  1. There was never any restrictions placed on any photographs I received. I don't believe Mr, Hoge had any restrictions placed on photos he received either.

  2. Didn't Kimberlin go berserk when someone took his photo, chasing the guy down the street and filing false charges against him?

    1. He "CLAIMED" someone took his photo, then he chased them down the street. The only photo published from that episode was OF Brett following the photographer and flipping him off.
