I Knew This Would Come In Handy

Given what has transpired on PACER today, I feel like I have the right, as a tangentially involved pseudonymously referenced sorta-kinda-maybe party to a lawsuit that DUMBFUCK has oh-so-bravely abandoned in a river of fear-pee, to dance about merrily and wave banners of victory.

But I really didn’t have much to do with it except spectating…LIKE A BOSS!

But I did save this when it occurred, because I’ve never really been in doubt about how this would eventually turn out:

  1. Like a rhesus has to rumba and a howler needs to hustle, our chimp just has to chacha:

If he is that certain that his conclusions based on the documents he gathered for the sole purpose of discrediting and smearing me are accurate, and not the very real fact that my only mistake was claiming to be part of HQ 32ndMAU when I was actually part of HQ Company, Logistic Support Unit-32, 32nd MAU…

    1. I like how Bill latches on to that and tries to claim it was the ONLY fact he got wrong.

But there is no response from him to...you know.... everything else.

      1. I love how you can almost hear him thinking he's going to intimidate someone with another LOLsuit threat. Dumbfuck gotta dumbfuck.

  2. ANOTHER LOLsuit threatened against Grady by Blustering Bill IMMEDIATELY AFTER WHIMPERING WILLIE HAS ASKED TO HAVE HIS MOST RECENT ONE VOLUNTARILY DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Now there is a threat that will have Grady and Krendler quaking in their beds (or his bed). Just a few of the obstacles in Witless Willie's way.

    (1) Willie did not (and almost certainly cannot) establish that Grady is Krendler: one reason being that Willie has never managed to get to discovery in ANY of his cases.

    (2) Even if Willie moves to Wisconsin, he will still need to get his fat ass down to Illinois. Doubt his current chauffeur will help him with that drive.

    (3) There is not going to be an uncontested IFP status.

    (4) The record for vexatious litigation against Grady is getting pretty thick: I think we are now on three cases against Grady that were not pursued.

    (5) Malice? Stating what is shown in public government records does not show a "reckless disregard for the truth" and so cannot be malice as legally defined.

    (6) Serial litigant, author, radio personality, self-proclaimed investigative reporter and war hero = public figure.

    (7) His alleged reputation?

    (8) He understands the federal Rules of Civil Procedure no better than my cat, who is not a really bright member of her species.

      1. I wish I had the schmalfeldtian phrasing, but I think we can all agree that pets are off limits; except those of Lickspittles and Zombies.

  3. Bill really should have read all of FRCP 41, including this part: "But if the plaintiff previously dismissed any federal- or state-court action based on or including the same claim, a notice of dismissal operates as an adjudication on the merits."

    No third time, baby.

  4. This might be of interest:

    1. Yeah, I'm suppose to be getting one of those, too. Too bad my opposition to the motion to dismiss will reach the court before the notification of the motion to dismiss from the court reaches me.

  5. Over at Dave's (https://ukuleledave.wordpress.com/2015/08/17/was-bill-schmalfeldt-really-in-beirut-krendler-says-no/comment-page-1/#comment-1059) BS just tried to claim that the Marine Amphibious Unit (MAU) was commanded by a Major (O-4).

Which would come as a shock to the attached Battalion Landing Team which was commanded by a Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) and the 32nd MAU's commander a Colonel (O-6).

And the lies from BS mouth keep on coming! ;D
