  1. Regardless of where he was when the Coronado was off the beach, he sure dodged a bullet.

      1. I have a feeling he was always a catcher in the head IYKWIMAITYD...

  2. Has the judge ruled then? And how about with prejudice, IFP, and counterclaims?

  3. He's genetically programmed to lose. The stupid, drunk and crazy usually are.

But, God, our little monkey entertains me so.

    1. It will, however, be amusing to see him continuing to file his lulzsuits from his Wisconsin asylum Home for the Chronically Stupid assisted living facility. I can't imagine that his caretakers will care for that at all, especially if he's on some form of social assistance.

His actions there, as he often points out to others, could very well make them liable.

Of course, one should never exclude the possibility that he's lying. If the reclusive Thomas J. could carry the freight on a place like Tincasa, it follows that he would have already.

      1. Oh, and his IFP fraud is part of the permanent record, so it'll be FUN watching him file again.

  4. He is aware that you have to show up in court for those times when he failed to appear? Or did the battery on his disability scooter die every time?

    1. Only because he automatically gives you a tick count in the "W" column .. due to fear pee. Fucking fear pee is brutal!!!

    2. Wouldn't it be a hoot if BS's "crowning jewel" was actually THE Paul Krendler and the state of residence was Wisconsin?

      Just sayin'.

    1. Close. His blog. Apparently, AD has a noon deadline tomorrow.
I wonder what TJ will think about all this.

  5. Odd, isn’t it, how Paul Krendler paints my decision to not follow through with a peace order against Patrick Grady as a victory for KRENDLER?

Odd. One could almost say, “queer.”

Well, it could be that particular failure of yours was one of many based on the notion that Grady IS Krendler, DUMBFUCK.

  6. Let's see: there are two mutually exclusive possibilities. One, and only one, must be true.

Grady is NOT Krendler, and Krendler reasonably considers dismissal of the suit against Grady as a victory for both of them.

Grady IS Krendler and so reasonably considers dismissal of the suit against Grady as a victory in either persona.

Not clarifying which of the two possibilities is true is bound to scramble all eight of Willie's neurons and so is FUN.

Actually of course, Grace is both Krendler and Howard Earl.

    1. Those statements are mutually exclusive for a moment in time. If we stretch out over the months, it's possible that whether a statement was true or false would change.

IOW, the statements assume there is only one person behind the zombie account. Eating brains, or having multiple ones? Shakey will never know.
