REPLY MEMORANDUM IN RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFF’S OPPOSITION TO MOTION TO DISMISS THE AMENDED COMPLAINT

NOW COMES Defendant Patrick G. Grady, without waiving any rights of jurisdiction, notice, process, service of process, or venue, and hereby submits this Reply in Response to Plaintiff’s Opposition (ECF 27). In support of this motion, Mr. Grady states as follows:

I cant even brain. I think I just threw up i my mouth a little and then had a stroke. Am I drooling?

        It's even more incoherent (and against all expected professional courtesy) than ECF 27. He had the gall to include large chunks of the emails between him and Mr. Edgren. And he thinks the only costs he's on the hook for is the $400 filing fee ... 😛

      2. The judge will read the paragraph # 4 and ask himself Why The F@$k did Bs not take the offer? I read that and it is giving bill his pound of flesh 100 times over and he did not take it.
