Brains are good food. Any zombie knows this. But anything can be improved.
This is a soon to become old family recipe that I begged for the first time I had it at some other family’s house.
- 2/3 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 10 generous shakes of Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients, stir well. Let it sit for 12-24 hours. Pour it over your brains and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Grill and enjoy.
The first time I had this was on sirloin steaks. I’ve done just about ever cut of beef, plus chicken and pork chops. About the only part of the animals I haven’t tried is the one that gets left behind in the barnyard.
