  1. WTF is he talking about? Mr. Hoge is not the person who is always ranting and raving like a deranged harasser and stalker.

    1. This! Times ELEVENTY! I mean seriously this gets an OMGWTFBBQ. A person who is rational, calm and even tempered is someone who should not have a firearm? Buh?

Is this backwards day and nobody told me? Dammitall!

      1. Remember that Bill is capable of really seeing anyone other than himself due to that big mirror of narcissism stuck in his face. All he is capable of seeing is his own self projected on others.

  2. You just knew he'd spin the rap over the knuckles he got from the judge as a victory. I bet he's even stupid enough to believe himself.

  3. Really?

The Deranged Cyberstalker, Adjudicated (and, admitted) Harasser, Adjudicated Stalker, Violator of Peace Orders, Violator of No-Contact Stalking Orders, Obsessed Sociopath who speaks frequently in perverse and violent rhetoric, Excellent Friend of the Domestic Terrorist Brett "The Speedway Bomber" Kimberlin, and All-Around Demented Freak BILL SCHMALFELDT deems HIMSELF the judge of who should have their Second Amendment Rights violated and suspended?

Really? How many Restraining Orders, in how many states, does THIS sociopath have again?

    GFY.

    1. In some state's BS would already had to have turned in any weapons he owned.

    2. What a fucking slob this guy is. He in his jammies with moomoo.
Like he would have any Earthly idea on the proper use of that weapon.

      1. As previously stated, he has a Leftists respect for firearms; demonstrated by his casual disregard for all four cardinal rules of firearm safety.

      2. Pics. Vids.

Blob the Slob is almost always in his damn pajamas.

        Worthless mook.

    3. In NY or CT, he wouldn't even need the restraining order to lose the AR.

Freedom. A location-dependent concept in America.

Personally I have huge issues with "I accuse him, so he has to surrender his weapons" based law. Ooops, I kept one, you're dead is the obvious response. Restraining orders, aka paper armor, only tells the cops who the prime suspect is, it does not protect the victim.

OK, this is a hostile crowd; I'm waving the Second Amendment Absolutist flag around a bunch of people who are (well, probably a lot of you are Second Amendment Absolutists too, but right now you're) in First Amendment Absolutist mode.

Yes, I think Bill is nuts. Yes, I think he is a deranged cyberstalker who has created child porn and distributed it on the internet for kicks. (I don't recall the case, but the Supremes decided in the early 2000's that, well, I forget the legalese for "F this, we don't want to deal with splitting hairs on this, if it looks like child porn, it's child porn, even if it is animated...")

Yeah, I'm a first, second, fourth and tenth amendment absolutist. No wonder I'm so cynical and bitter...

      1. LOL, I think most of us around here are first, second, fourth and tenth amendment absolutists, no matter what our political leanings. 🙂 All good Herr Doktor!

  4. Libelous.Bill must think he's quite the tightrope walker, but in my opinion he crosses a clear line at least twice in that statement.

  5. The scariest part of this is "He's out of his mind, and will hurt someone physically before all is said and done.", given his penchant for projection. Please be careful with this wackadoo.

    1. Just what I was thinking. If he wasn't stuck in a wheelchair (according to him) he might have a really hard time not doing something physical since what little impulse control he seems to have ever had is gone.

      1. True dat. But since he can't drive or walk, and hopefully wouldnn't be able to get anyone to drive him long distances with a gun in the car, someone would have to be (more-or-less) in line of sight of the trailer to worry.

Not that that should make the neighbors feel any safer what with fingers on the bang switch and the muzzle just pointed any ol' direction...

      2. Well, I wouldn't put it past Brett to give Bill (and his rifle) a ride to somewhere, and then give Bill a little mental "push", just to see what happens. Brett Kimberlin has a proven record of not caring about others' safety and well-being. There is no real difference between a bomb and a loaded "Schmalfeldt".

    2. If you don't think he can walk, then you buy into more of his lies than you thought. I have said several times before that his Parkinson's is no where near as bad as he makes out and I would put money on it. I am so sick of his BS. That's all he has though...

  6. I am a 'live and let live' 'do unto others as you would have done unto you' type of person, but it is my very firm perfectly legal OPINION that Bill Schmalfeldt is a walking, talking waste of space and shouldn't be allowed to interact with human beings(or animals for that matter). You guessed it! I read and/or listened to quite a bit of his tripe. This "man" is a psychological nightmare, in my OPINION.

    1. Please don't mistake the above for hate. Maybe contempt, disgust and a whole lot of thankfulness that I don't live anywhere near Maryland.
