All their wives will belong to me, Mommy Judge Hollander. Once again, I want the taxpayer to foot the bill because I couldn't put any cash aside when I was making $90, 000 (NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS) a year.

On the other hand, I am not a public figure. Don't believe me? Ask that guy at AVVO! You know, whatshisname!

When I call myself a "deranged cyberstalker" on one of my 9.000 blogs, it is some of the biting satire for which I am internationally famous (while still not being a public figure, mind you), but when the Hogeists do it, it is LIBEL! LIBEL MOST FOUL! Just because I tracked a man's wife and children to the Middle East does not make me a cyberstalker! When I post photos of people's families and homes (along with helpful maps!), it is JOURMALISM, but very, very private, non-public figure journalism. The Lickspittles are too dumb to know the difference.

Oh, I almost forgot ... HOOOOGGGGEEEEEEE! KRREEEEENDDDDLERRRRR! LICKSPITTLES!

They also use pictures of my wife and I in ways that are not newsworthy. This isn't at all like when I photoshop pictures of people's wives of cactuses, or their children, who have never read my blog. My pictures are both satire and should get the Pulitizer for Award-Winning-Journalists That Are Still Not Public Figures.

LIBEL! CONSPIRACY! TOOMFOOLERY! OLIVER WENDELL JONES! DIVERSITY OF CITIZENSHIP! SCHALEFELDT! PARAGRAPH 83! MISALLOCATION! GRACE IS FAT! OR A SCARECROW!

I think you know where I'm going with this, MommyJudge Hollander. Please send money.

Are you so sure that I can't prove you are lying that you are comfortable enough to continue lying?

That's the question all Hoge's little lickspittles should be asking themselves, that and the fact that I asked them to stop.

    Well, lets see...
Question 1: We're quite sure we aren't lying, so we're damn sure the big BM can't prove that we are.
Question 2: The big BM says he's asked people to stop lying about him. If we aren't lying, than he hasn't asked us to stop.

Equally, most of us can prove that what he says about us is indeed lies, (or at least false-light defamation) and that we are NOT public figures, having not writting tons of books, not had columns on websites such as Liberaland or DKos, nor been the object of multiple peace orders/restraining orders in multiple states. We've asked him to stop. He hasn't. He has absolutely no right to expect those he attacks to follow his rules for appropriate behaviour when he himself refuses so to do.

It's probably suffered significant weakening from all the pressure, so it didn't take much to give way today. The only question is, given that it's a biological valve rather than mechanical, can it heal and regain some of it's strength and/or elasticity such that future Schmeltdowns will require an outside trigger, or can we expect constant spontaneous ones such as the current outburst from now on?

Now it's come to this. Whether or not this Jan. 30 thing happens, Hoge will have to answer for three lies on his Peace Order petition.

He'll cancel the hearing because Hoge chose wrong venue, lied on the petition, and is trying end run around the SA.

      1. I also seem to remember William blogging about an imaginary lawyer friend in Baltimore who gave him all of these arguments. It wasn't just AVVO.

Just the results, William should press for an imaginary malpractice suit, followed by an imaginary disbarment hearing.

      2. That'd teach that Krul Paendler attorney a lesson! He may even be disbarred from AVVO, or cheapcraplawyer.com.

  39. I've just had a revelation reading Neal's post upthread where he unfairly paint Bill in a poor light by having the temerity to actually quote him. Bill is completely clueless when it comes to legal stuff.

OK, 2 revelations. One, not that much of a revelation.

Second, imagine if Bill never flushed his twitter timeline. Imagine thousands and thousands of stupid, erroneous and just plain silly posts by Bill. Now imagine wasting your life away reading through all those nuggets of dumb. Nobody would get anything done.

    Thank you Bill.

  43. "@weltschmerz2015 Am I really an “adjudicated deranged cyberstalker”? Who adjudicated that I was deranged? Who legally decided that I was a cyberstalker?"

    As Stacy McCain accurately noted:

"For some reason, Bill Schmalfeldt resents being called a “deranged cyberstalker,” which is merely a description, rather than a psychiatric diagnosis or a criminal accusation."

IOW -- Get the hell over it, Blobby Boy.

In the OPINION of many, many good and decent people (who unfortunately have been made aware of his mere existence due to his sociopathic behavior), Bill Schmalfeldt is best and most easily DESCRIBED as a Deranged Cyberstalker.

The Big BM doesn't like it? Too freaking bad.

At the risk of sounding like BS's despicable, attention-starved, irrelevant "friend" Wee Willy... Sue me, Deranged Cyberstalker Bill Schmalfeldt.

  44. I see that the Big BM is continuing to threaten folks that if they keep "lying" about him, he is going to take them to court and presumably make them give him everything they own.

Apparently satisfied I cannot prove they are liars, they are willing to risk everything on their cleverness. Bless their little hearts!

He is ignoring the fact that he is a) a (admittedly minor) public figure and b) someone who's own behaviour has made him practically defamation proof. Really, what can we say that makes him look worse than his own words and actions? We didn't write the kiddie porn and anal rape fantasy. We didn't threaten to have a woman's children taken away for not answering our questions. We didn't (fill in the blank, there are a lot of choices out there).

Is he really planning on suing us all and finding out that he either has to pay our court costs, or at best (from his point of view), we might be told to knock it off?

It appears to be getting better. Someone who lives in a tin can has put out a bounty, it seems.

I'm sure that won't undercut his application for pauper status at all.

William really is as dumb as he is crazy. You don't often see that.

        1. I should point out again that I'm neither an attorney or an American, so take this with a grain of salt.

Judging by William's frivolous and doomed filing against the universe, known and unknown, last spring, it appears not. Pauper status allows one to have even the filing fee waived.

But if he's putting out bounties and offering rewards, it's hard to imagine William being granted that status. Also, in some jurisdictions, anyone financing William's demented legal exploits could be added to a counter-claim.

But if someone were going to finance William, they would have already.

      1. It was my understanding that he didn't have to put up the $400 filing fee up front, but instead could pay a $350 fee in installments. He is also still responsible for transcriptionist fees for depositions and the like, as well as paying for any required medical exams such as would be necessary to prove "infliction of emotional distress". In theory if he actually won, the defendants could be required to reimburse him those fees, but I'm equally sure that the transcriptionists, doctors, etc would not be willing to wait that long to be paid, so he'd have to pony up the money, hoping that he'd prevail in court, be awarded fees, and then be able to collect, all of which are pretty humongous ifs.

      2. Good points all.

LG - Some doctors are loathe to get involved in litigation, and those who do charge enormous fees for testimony, depositions, and reports.

He'll be lucky if he doesn't get a 5150 or other court ordered (and expensive) intervention for this latest failsuit.

If anyone is actually served, I hope they consider listing his abandoned legal efforts that were obviously filed for harassment - I mean he pretty much admitted it in his petition against Grady by listing Grady's pending petition as grounds for his own! Along with his own words about his true purposes, his other online campaigns (#WAR), it seems like a slam dunk for him to face serious and expensive consequences - FINALLY.

      3. Neal, He never had to pay the fee, because the court laughed it completely off the docket, felt bad about the impropriety and pretended it never even happened.
