Now Here's Something To Consider

/home/wpcom/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/d20/67462000/files/2014/12/img_4581.png

Maybe he doesn’t want you in jail. Maybe, like so many others, he just wants you to

STOP CONTACTING HIM.

And maybe, just maybe, he has finally realized that patience and grace and forgiveness and Christian charity are wasted on evil people. Maybe he has reached the conclusion that the only way to get you to

STOP CONTACTING HIM

is to put you somewhere where you have no choice but to

STOP CONTACTING HIM.

We haven’t spoken on this subject, but if it were me, it wouldn’t have to be jail; a mental hospital would be just fine. A cabin in the mountains with no internet access would be fine, too. A nice, secluded island with a manual typewriter and an endless supply of paper would be all right. Someplace nice, with all the comforts of home except one – the electronic access that would force you to

STOP CONTACTING HIM

is all that I would need.

But I won’t lie. Seeing you in jail would be FUN.

  1. I don't think that 'the pingback' is the only violation that has been made. That is the only thing someone is willing to admit.

    1. I agree with you, jem.

There have been numerous incidences as of late (courtesy of the actions of a certain Deranged Cyberstalker and Adjudicated Harasser/Stalker) that could easily be determined to be in direct violation of an outstanding Peace Order.

Repeated attempts by a demented freak to contact the employer of someone who has acquired a second (third, counting a previous extension) Peace Order against them comes to mind as potential violations, as well.

Not to mention violations against yet another victim of Bill Schmalfeldt's -- Patrick Grady. BS is convinced that Paul Krendler IS Mr. Grady (and, even went so far as to claim as much in an official court document -- sworn to and signed under penalty of perjury), and Mr. Grady has a NO-CONTACT Stalking Order against Blob -- yet Blob does not hesitate to continue to contact Krendler.

Bill Schmalfeldt is a menace. Bill Schmalfeldt believes laws and rules are simply for others to follow and abide by. Bill Schmalfeldt needs to be stopped, and held duly accountable for his lawless abuse and harassment of others.

      1. Well said. And I hope that employer contact love of his is finally going to be his undoing.

There is no place for that type of behavior to exist in social media.

    2. Let us not forget the whole email to NASA thing after the tub-o-poo arrived. Remember? Ol' Bill just wanted to make sure that Hoge's security clearance was on the up and up or something. Or maybe that was just some made up bullshit that BS thought would make the perpetrator of the nefarious deed break cover. If BS really did that with no evidence that Hoge was involved, I'm pretty sure it'd be a violation.

      1. That is one of the things I had in mind when I mentioned contacting employers. Probably also what grace(Jane?) was thinking about.

  2. Heh. I am ever hopeful Bill will change his ways, that is the reason I pray for him every day. I don't particularly like Bill. in fact I detest him. However, I am not required by Christian Charity to love, like or even be neutral about him. I can actively detest him (I do). Nonetheless, I sincerely pray for his health, his sanity and that he discovers his eternal soul and the redemption and forgiveness of Jesus Christ before his time to return home for judgement. I wish for him the calmness of thought and clarity of mind that comes from an honest and Christo-centric examination of self. Remember, an unexamined life is an unfulfilled life.
May God bless Bill and open his eyes and his heart.

    1. Is he afraid that a judge might see it and realize that Biwwy just aint right in the head along with being evil?

I'm sure no judge would look unfavorably upon the scrubbing of websites shortly before court dates..... /sarc

  5. "Your honor, I forgot to leave the stamp off the letter I mailed, and anyway, HE OPENED THE LETTER! What? Why, yes, since the last time I saw you, I have acquired four new protective orders against me. Yes, yes, they're multi state. Yes, it does seem like I keep finding new ways to violate the PO, then feign ignorance, plead PD, or blame the full moon. What? No, the surgery was not a lobotomy, why do you ask?"

  6. And Bill really should consider changing that avatard picture of him in twitter. It looks like one of those killer demented clowns, and .....oh wait, I guess it IS appropriate.

  7. "Your honor, after you issued the peace order I just couldn't bring myself to throw away all those pallets of pre-stamped envelopes with Hoge's home address printed on them. They are so precious to me and I carry several hundred everywhere I go! I can't be held responsible for the USPS delivering one of those envelopes to Hoge after I accidentally dropped it on the floor of my local post office."

Like that THIRD email confessing to including Mr. Hoge's twitter address in tweets he sent?

Once is a mistake. Twice is sloppy. Third time is intentional and contempt.

But I won’t lie. Seeing you in jail would be FUN.

    and completely leave out this

    1. C'mon, seeing him in jail WILL be fun!

Everything else on the matter is irrelevant because William insists on making it so. If you swat him on the nose with a newspaper, he forgets the sting in a couple of days and comes back.

More drastic measures then need to be taken. A sound neutering perhaps. A week or so of showering with dangerous young men might just be the medicine the old boy needs to straighten up and fly right.

  10. Maybe the HOOOOG is willing to lie to anyone to see you incarcerated. It would be perfectly understandable given your behavior. But he doesn't have to be so imprudent as to lie, you nitwit, given your behavior. He merely has to tell the truth.

    @asideofbacon @brainsrfood WordPress sent the e-mail. I did not.

Let's spell it out for Jailhouse Bill in very plain English.

WordPress doesn't not, to my knowledge, send e-mails all on its lonesome. It responds to user commands. You know this, but insist on lying about it. My guess is that it won't work out for you, particularly with a judge that has yanked your chain over your adventures with Internet technology before.

You see, William, you're given to manic fits that eventually come back to bite you. You might try to write that off as a symptom of your Parkinson's, or your medication, but I think you've always been inclined to push right up to the edge, but too dumb to know to avoid crossing it.

You really should see someone about that ...after you finally get released from jail.

    1. I tried to communicate as much to him on Twitter, NNB. But, the "all-knowing" Blob will hear none of it.

Truth be told, I'd wager for all of his bluster, Bill is more than a wee bit concerned at the recent turn of self-created events. As well as he should be.

      Stove hot, dummy. *SMH*
