“There are men in this world who go about demanding to be killed. They argue in gambling games; they jump out of their cars in a rage if someone so much as scratches their fender. These people wander through the streets calling out ‘Kill me, kill me.'”
– Don Vito Corleone

  1. Another Cogent Comment: From the movie "Tombstone", Doc Holliday describes Johnny Ringo (The Elkridge Horror) dead on accurate - a man like Bill Schmalfelt "has a big empty hole right through him......he can't kill enough, he can't hurt enough......because of all that anger.........at being born"

Bill's hatred is so palpable......all because he was born.

It is why he will die as nothing more than what he has always been....an absolute failure at all he has attempted in his life and now so consumed by a terrifying unfathomable rage at being forced to live in a world in which he is incompetent to reside that he must destroy everything that he comes into contact.
