I Think McCain's Law Needs An Update

We all know McCain’s Law, don’t we?

All that is required to discredit Bill Schmalfeldt is to quote Bill Schmalfeldt

Everyone knows that one. It’s probably the second best known law of the Internet, close behind Godwin’s Law.

I think I have just discovered a corollary. I need a bit of help with the exact wording, though.

Just as a side note: you know those behavioral experiments that they perform with monkeys in the lab? The ones where the monkeys learn that if they press a red button they get grapes, but if they press a blue button they get an electric shock? Then they switch buttons to see how quickly the monkey learns? Or the one where if the monkey presses the yellow button he shocks himself, but if he presses the green button he shocks the monkey next door?

How long will it take the Cabin Boy to learn that the only buttons that don’t give him a shock, make him dance? And some do both?

  1. Not real smart of the man to threaten a man's job for what he says are "non-work-related activities". But then again, Bill was never smart enough to NOT threaten. He knows he is an impotent fool, but I guess even impotent fools need to feel manly. Especially after a visit from their "excellent" friend IYKWIMAITYD

  2. looks like Little Bitch really wants to add lllinois to the list of states he has restraining orders in...

  3. Well, Bill has incriminated himself within a few tweets. He is truly a menace. Threatening a man's job AND threatening to harass his wife. All without knowing that he really is who he thinks he is.

  4. Amazing recovery of his "lost" voice - radio shows, audio books. Wow. It's a miracle.

    Occupy Parkinson's ‏@BlitzParkinsons

You know how some radio shows do prank calls? I'm envisioning a live skype phonecall to an Illinois home during my show tonite.

    1. yep, good thing he memory holed the tweet/blog about how he could no longer do podcasts due to his advanced Parkinson's, otherwise people might start thinking he was some kind of liar...

  5. If Krendler is a nobody, then why bother reading his blog? Why not just ignore the so-called slights and move on with life? Accept that people will occasionally talk about BS, just as he refers to his past victims as "whores," "c*nts," "tw*ts," "grifters," "pornographers," "frauds," "homewreckers," "prostitutes," etc. His victims don't retaliate by calling his wife, doctor, neighbors. They ignore him.

Being mocked by anonymous cowards is the same thing as being mocked by... nobody. And Paul Krendler is... nobody!

    4:58 AM - 25 Sep 2014

    1. Doesn't Paul regularly point out that he is, in fact, nobody? A non-person? A fiction?

And yet bil can be relied upon to enter a feldtdown at the slightest provocation from this fictional character.

I believe the phrase I'm looking for is, "DANCE MONKEY! DANCE!"

PPKG thinks it's TEWWIBUHL that I'm not getting any coverage in the PD media. Like this, in one of the biggest.

Bill, that isn't "coverage". You sent in a blub for your "book" and they posted it:

If you ... want to propose articles, please e-mail mail@viartis.net.

Although I have to say, your fiction writing is improving:

Put on your Parky face is a narrated Audiobook about Parkinson's Disease by widely known Parkinson's Disease blogger Bill Schmalfeldt.

    ROTHFLMAO!!! Widely know? By whom?

Bill volunteered for experimental brain surgery in 2007.

Haven't we been through this already Bill? Your surgery wasn't "experimental", it had been done tens of thousands of times the previous 12 or so years. They were examining a change in the application of the surgery, from long time PD patient, to newly-diagnosed patients.

Lordy, you can't even get a phony press release right.

    1. He also claims that the site is "one of the biggest"...

The site is viartis.net. Alexa global rank? 3,156,080.

For comparison, Michael J. Fox's site is 132,918.

#1 link to site? From a Wikipedia article on L-Dopa. IN POLISH.

Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for him to explain why that "transcript" supposedly from an online chat with Amazon support had three different variations of the name of the guy he was supposedly chatting with... Almost as if he'd fabricated it!

    2. How about:

All that is required to harass (in his own twisted mind) Bill Schmalfeldt is to attempt hold him accountable to the standards he hypocritically demands of others.

  8. How odd. A threat. But BS has been telling us that anyone who has had a restraining order awarded against him, or who reported him to the cops for harassment, was lying because he is not a threat and they had nothing to fear from a house-bound, "stage IV PD patient."

  10. BREAKING NEWS - ACLU Lawyers for blogger Ace of Spades have withdrawn from the BK v. Nat'l Bloggers Club Lawsuit.

That's called "burying the lede". Well done Bill.

The real news is that Kimberin lost his motion to compel discovery from Ace.

And how many times did Paul Alan Levy state that his only job concerning Ace was to help her maintain her anonymity? But that was known only to those who read.

  11. Occupy Parkinson's @BlitzParkinsons · 29s
Also, more breaking news about Ace of Spades being shitcanned by his attorneys in the #BrettKimberlin RICO suit. http://schmalfeldt.org

    Uh, yea.

Doing your job here Willy. From Levy's own blog, in his own words:

Yesterday, therefore, we joined with the ACLU of Maryland in opposing Kimberlin’s motion for leave to take discovery

Bill, Brett lost, AGAIN. Ace won this round. Levy and the MD ACLU have prevailed in what they said they were going to do. Their job is done.

    Unless you have proof otherwise?

    1. No proof Bill (I admit I was wrong about prevailing):

Public Citizen is in the case for the limited purpose of defending the anonymity of one of the bloggers.

That part is over. Done. There is no "shitcannig". They were there for the purpose of protecting Ace's anonymity. They never had any intent on litigating the case.

      1. That's OK, Perry, BS is just taunting you because he's wrong so often that it's embarrassing. It's hard for him to face up to it. We're still waiting for extensive reporting on the colossal Kimberlin loss in state court, and for retractions in which he reported that the National Bloggers Club was fake. Oh, and an update on his termination from the position of president of the fake National Bloggers Club. He never did explain why he was fired from that.

    2. Just to remind Little Bitch what happened in the state case, the judge ruled

"There’s not one scintilla of evidence in this case that the statements that were made by these individuals were false."

the fed case will be no different, other than having more defendants BK will have to pay off.

  12. You know what would be really funny? If there were actually several secret blogs, in addition to Fair Use, where people would chat and share info, after someone gave a code word. 19. Let's hear how wrong Bill is from Ace's mouth:

He has kindly agreed to represent me in fighting Brett Kimberlin's motion to compel a third party to give him my name and address, so he can then sue me in a suit which, in my opinion, is entirely baseless, and once again an attempt to chill Free Speech rights.

Note Bill, he says NOTHING about representing Ace in the case itself.

  21. Quote
"The world of art is full of poseurs who routinely mistake progressive dogma for profound insight and garden variety experiences as penetrating metaphor. Those few with genuine talent actually seldom tell the audience much of anything. Instead, a real artist makes an audience feel the emotion as if it were their own."

    Last paragraph of this post:

  22. It's fascinating how BS changes stories to suit his mood. Last year, when he was going through his usual "the most noble thing I've ever done is have experimental surgery" phase, he admitted that one of the things he was the most profoundly ashamed of was having cheated on his twin brother by having sex with his brother's girlfriend. Over time, as I've reminded people of the incident, he has changed the story: he's added "we had a good laugh over it," "he thanked me for it," and now, "they weren't going together."

As for his kids, first it was he left California because he needed to find work to support them, then it was his in-laws kicked him out of the house (BS must not be aware of the concept of renting an apartment. See, e.g., "Mrs. Doubtfire."), and now it's they wouldn't let him see his kids. Uh,huh. Sure. Keep in mind that one of these in-laws was the very man that BS was shedding crocodile tears over a month or so ago when he passed away, claiming that he was one of the finest human beings he'd ever known.

BS, it seems, never, ever tires of lying.

Is it too much "trouble" to find it there? Do I have to post a link? I mean, if Ace "said" something, the last place on earth I would look would be on his blog! That's just crazy talk.

Your so sure that Levy "shitcanned" Ace, yet you didn't have the basic curiosity to look and see what the agreement was before you opened your yap. It's all right there in Levy's and Ace's own words.

    1. hasn't he reported that several times now, and it has yet to happen...

so just to remind him of what happened in the state case, which the fed case is just a "bigger" version (in that it has more defendants, and that is the main difference)

...to remove the reviews of books of mine you have not read @mayberryville? You know, false negative reviews are illegal in Tennessee.

    Uh, no.

But does anybody else find it ironic that in trying to prove that fake reviews are illegal (I can't help laughing when I type that), he posts statues that he himself broke earlier today (not Tennessee, but the laws are similar)?

    1. I have a feeling EPWJ is not a man to be trifled with. And, no, @blitzparkinsons never told @mayberryville to stop tweeting him. That was a previous suspended account.

      1. It's irrelevant since Bill has been tweeting him all day. You don't contact, and then continue to contact, a person you don't want to have contact you.

      2. considering how many of those Shakey has, (suspended accounts) you'd think he'd try to keep track of them better.

I think he may have just kicked a rock hard boulder, thinking it was a soft little foam ball, and he will regret his threats quite soon.

      3. .

...to stop contacting him as @oldunclebastard, but got his peace order for subsequent accounts. Can't have it both ways, lickspittles!— Occupy Parkinson's (@BlitzParkinsons) September 26, 2014

wasnt that the first PO, where Little Bitch LIED to the judge saying he hadnt received notice to not contact Hoge, which resulted in it not being issued at that time (although the judge said they would've issued it if he had other proof at the time)? I do believe so...

now where is Little Bitch's tweet to EPWJ to "not contact him"? Hmnnnnn??
I would like to see the tweet from Occupy Parkinson's @BlitzParkinsons TO EPWJ @mayberryville stating that he did not want any further contact from him.

Sure Little Bitch is gonna blow this off now, but later I don't think a judge will let him in a court room.

      4. I don't have any proof that he was not wanting to contact me and that he is the owner of that account - it could be a bunch of people who knows - I don't read his tweets - just his books -

    2. Someone should tell Amazon that one of the authors they carry is threatening reviewers.

      1. Yes I am. The only reason I listened was because I wanted to hear the phone call. I was a bit disappointed when he didn't reach a live person. That would've been entertainment! Worth enduring 3 hours of spliced together comedy bits from various lefty comedians.

  29. Yea, I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but I found this interesting. This is the Amazon "General Review Creation Guidelines":

    What's not allowed
Amazon is pleased to provide this forum for you to share your opinions on products. While we appreciate your time and comments, we limit customer participation to one review per product and reserve the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:

    Objectionable material:
    • Obscene or distasteful content
    • Profanity or spiteful remarks (ahem, Krendler)
    • Promotion of illegal or immoral conduct

    Promotional content:
    • Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively
    • Sentiments by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a directly competing product (including reviews by publishers, manufacturers, or third-party merchants selling the product)
    • Reviews written for any form of compensation other than a free copy of the product. This includes reviews that are a part of a paid publicity package
    • Solicitations for helpful votes
    • For more information on what we consider promotional content, please see our Frequently Asked Questions.

    Inappropriate content:
    • Other people's material (this includes excessive quoting)
    • Phone numbers, postal mailing addresses, and URLs external to Amazon.com
    • Videos with watermarks
    • Comments on other reviews visible on the page (because page visibility is subject to change without notice)
    • Foreign language content (unless there is a clear connection to the product)

    Off-topic information:
    • Feedback on the seller, your shipment experience or the packaging (you can do that at www.amazon.com/feedback and www.amazon.com/packaging)
    • Details about availability or alternative ordering and shipping information
    • Feedback about typos or inaccuracies in our catalog or product description (instead, use the feedback form at the bottom of the product page).

As you can see, nowhere in their list of things that are "not allowed" do you find "false reviews" (i.e. reviews that are made without reading the book).

But Bill wants us to think that they are "illegal".

    1. well Shakey thinks a lot of things are illegal, like calling him names, but as usual what he thinks he knows is illegal and what is really illegal are two different things.

    2. But it's perfectly legal, right BILL SCHMALFELDT, to fraudulently manufacture a chat transcript that "proves" a huge online retailer casually assisting in the faildoxing of a customer... Or, I guess we can believe that the service reps nickname changes three times in as many paragraphs, and that that aforementioned online retailer will confirm their customer's personal information to third parties.

Be a shame if someone screen-capped that "transcript" before it got memory-holed and sent it to that retailer... With a nice note asking their legal department to confirm or deny they assisted an adjudicated harasser in his repugnant doxing efforts.

  30. Did it escape the cesspit Shakey uses as a mind that he can't just claim he asked someone not to contact him on twitter but will need to show when/where he did so??

You'd think he'd be sharing the hell out of that tweet wouldnt you? Of course it's hard to share what doesn't exist, like his intelligence, he claims it's there but no one has seen any proof of it.

and with that kids I bid you a good night. Some of us have work and stuff to do tomorrow (yet another thing Shakey knows nothing about.)

.@mayberryville I have every confidence that I will arise in the morning and you will have corrected your false, libelous reviews.

Oh, heavens! The shitweasels are DEFENDING the idea of posting false, negative reviews. Trouble! http://www.rrqlaw.com/blog/how-businesses-can-sue-over-negative-online-reviews …

Poor Billie's got delusions of grandeur. Now he's pretending he's a business. But OK, I'll play along:

In order to prove defamation in this scenario, it must be shown that:

A false statement of alleged fact was made by the reviewer that identifies the business and attacks its reputation

Nope. There's no false statement in that review.

The statement must be shared with a third party, or in this case published online

There was damage- It must be shown that the statements caused harm to the business

LOL, are you actually blaming the fact that you can't sell a single book one EPJW's review? Nope, no damage (that isn't self-inflicted)

Oh, and Bill, the article speaks of civil penalties. There's no mention of your mythical "law against false reviews". I'd still like to see that.

    1. Today has been an epic Point and Laugh at Little Bitch day.
If he is stupid enough (and lets face it, he's pretty damn stupid) to attempt to go after EPWJ tomorrow, it'll be even better.

    2. I think there were some criminal penalties in a case a while back for some people who wrote negative reviews about a business in order to drive customers to their rival businesses. Since the negative reviews aren't trying to get people to buy EP or mayberryville, or Krendler's books instead of Bills, I fail to see the criminal aspects he's claiming exists.

He will now go one for a few tweets about what a dim girl I am.

Earlier he asked if we had ever done a single thing we were proud of.

My partial list: 4 college degrees, 2 of them Master's; raising great (and smart) kids; won elective office; was appointed to and served on one local board and a regional board of which I was Vice Chair for a year; created (and still do) knit, crocheted, embroidered and/or beaded items, decorative and useful, for family and friends; won several blue and red ribbons, as well as a white sweepstakes ribbon at the local fair a few years back (I make excellent jam); built my own raised garden bed frames (not to mention moving several tons of dirt to fill them by myself).

So let's see, that's achievements in both private and public spheres, and several different ones each. Not to shabby for someone Bill claims has a subnormal IQ.

      1. I didn't even think of that. I denounce myself. 🙂

Thank heavens the fair association hasn't gone all PC on us. It was third place and I got some cash too.

      2. I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice that those who have the least accomplishments to be proud of are usually the loudest about how proud they are of their accomplishments.

Look at Little Bitch for example, his primary accomplishment was to be a lab rat. Couple that with a string of copy/paste "books" with no sales and what does that show? Pretty much nothing for him to endless crow over, although he does so regularly, and even loudly the more others view his accomplishments for what they really are, being one of many lab rats and copy/paste collator. Wow, I'm impressed /sarc.

For myself, I have a lot I could mention, but then my sense of self worth doesn't hang on what others think of the things I've done. I know what I have and haven't accomplished and don't need anyone else's opinions about them to validate my existance (unlike Little Bitch).

Plus given Little Bitch's incessant need to hunt down and harass all those who say things he doesnt like, I see no need to put out information that would allow him to successfully dox me.

Now I should mention that my tweets/comments will be spotty over the next few weeks, as I'll be touring, and wont really have time to waste on Little Bitch's nonsense.

      1. I see he's posted articles about my children wonder what the sheriff is going to think of that? anyone screen cap it?

I don't care - he's the one with the open peace orders

      2. it's saved in the wayback machine, for when he 86's it as he does everything eventually

        safe link

      3. Followed Jinx' link. Love this confessional gaffe:

Once again, I have a peace order against me because I tweeted someone who said “stop @mentioning me”

I also notice that he claims to have told EPJW to stop contact but only shows those tweets from EPJW.

    1. Ah, the leftist pattern of targeting the family/friends/churches/business associates of those they have targeted for annihilation. Anyone wonder why they love concentration camps so much? BS is mad at EPWJ, so he tweets and writes about EPWJ's family. They go after Strahanan, McCain, and Walker's families.

      1. Maybe it's because they hate their own families. You see the contempt Bill has for all of his family except the ones that are dead and can't speak the truth about him anymore. Same with Kimberlin. He obviously cares nothing for his daughter or he would not have forced her into court. Since they care nothing for the ones they are supposed to love it's not shocking they care even less for the families of their targets.

  33. Man who claims to want no contact from X, constantly tweets and rights about X and his family, while claiming to be a victim.

    To quote Stacy McCain:
    1. Bill Schmalfeldt seeks attention. 2. Bill Schmalfeldt gets attention. 3. Bill Schmalfeldt claims victimhood.

  34. In which The World's Stupidest Man once again mistakes having his failures and lies pointed out to him for someone being in fear of him. Seriously, how the fuck do you go from "Hey Bill look at your lies and failures" to "Look how afraid of me they are"? What has to be wrong with a person to get to that point of obtuseness?
